Swiss Cheese Spreads on Squash


-(1) 9 oz. container of Dad’s Favorites Swiss Cheese Spread

-yellow squash, zucchini, or cushaw

-olive oil

-salt, pepper, seasoning


-Heat up your gas or charcoal grill.

-Cut yellow squash, zucchini, or cushaw into medallion slices. Slather in a light olive oil bath, and season with salt, pepper and your favorite seasoning. Dad likes Tony’s Creole.

-Place slices on the grill. Quarter turn for grill marks on both sides. Be careful not to overcook.

-Move medallions to the top rack. Place a teaspoon or less of Dad’s Favorites Swiss Cheese Spread on each slice. Close lid. After a minute, remove squashes from the grill.

-Serve as an appetizer while you are waiting for entrees to grill!
